- Our Due Diligence service is for reviewing a golf facility prior to taking ownership. Important issues of the acquisition are the state of the course features, past maintenance practices, irrigation water and future maintenance priorities.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Each year, we limit the number of facilities that are assisted via our Partnership Consulting Program. In 2009, we are contracted to assist in the development of (2) new golf courses, one in the US and the other in an International location. So, we have decided not to implement anymore Partnership Consulting agreements, unless they're located near another assignment or in Colorado.
