Glenwood Springs, CO (January 1, 2009) – Golf Club Consulting, Inc. was retained by New Frontier Bank (Greeley, Colorado) to review and consult on the repossessed property; The Bridges of Montrose CC.

The Bridges of Montrose CC in located in Montrose, Colorado was designed by Nicklaus Design and built in 2003/2004.  New Frontier Bank was the original lender on the development and foreclosed on the property in the spring of 2008.  Along with the club, the bank repossession included about 200 adjoining lots.

“Our commitment to our members is extremely high, so we’ve asked Golf Club Consulting, Inc. to consult with us to explore ideas how to reduce the operating debit and position the club for disposal” said a representative of New Frontier Bank.

“There are many issues that the bank must be aware of, such as on-going operating costs and the club structure as it relates to adjacent real estate.  An initial site visit will be completed ASAP and then we will present assistance options to New Frontier Bank.  We look forward to assisting in any way possible,”said Eide.
